I love the ambiance of Pamana Restaurant in Tagaytay City,
one would feel transported to a homey place
of old Spanish and Filipino theme.
I also love their gallery wall
of Filipino filmmakers
and their display of family mementos.
Their chandeliers are eye-catchers too.
Of course, their heirloom recipes
are all so good. For me, their kare-kare
is the best there is in Tagaytay City.
